STEVE Moneghetti, Robyn Maher, Tony Lockett and Russell Mark. They belong to a Ballarat who’s who in sport through the decades. The quartet are also past winners of the Ballarat Sportsmen’s Club Sportsperson of the Year – an award first presented in 1960.
